Born on Thanksgiving Day, Phoebe was a independent, stoic, fearless and honest partner. She got through some major medical hurdles and kept on going. She worked in the field with that same drive. Days at demos for the kids brought laughs as she would hang out on her back staring back at them upside down. She taught me how fun it was to be out in the woods, whether it be training or hanging around checking out what’s over the next hill. She taught me strength. She taught me untold lessons.
